The Labor and Commerce Committee considered SENATE BILL                        
NO. 251 "An Act relating to the commercial fishing revolving loan              
fund and the fisheries enhancement revolving loan fund" and                    
recommended it be replaced with                                                
                                                                               
	CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 251(L&C), entitled:                                    
"An Act relating to the commercial fishing                                    
revolving loan fund and the fisheries enhancement                              
revolving loan fund; and providing for an effective                            
date."
